Our Story
It all started a few years ago when we discovered that traditional sourdough bread just wasn't an option for us anymore. Whether it's due to celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or simply wanting to explore different baking techniques, we found ourselves on a quest to create gluten-free bread that didn't compromise on taste or texture.
What began as a necessity quickly became a passion. We spent countless hours experimenting in our kitchen, learning about fermentation, flour blends, and the delicate balance of gluten-free baking. And you know what? We fell completely in love with the process.
